They have very reasonable prices, (we compared their prices to other places in the area) and explain everything in detail regarding your vehicle and its needs. My girlfriend got an oil change yesterday, and the manager was out for an extended period of time, so they ended up giving her the oil change for free! This showed first-hand that they put the customer first. Would highly, highly recommend going to Monro on North Atherton!!”

I pulled into Firestone and they quickly had my car on a lift and saw I had a 5-inch metal rod in the tire. They certainly could have convinced me that I needed a new tire, but they said it could be repaired and in less than 45 minutes, the job was done and I was safely back on the road for $32.08.”

“HONEST. I was on a long family trip when I heard terrible noise coming from the right rear of the car. I pulled into Bastian well away from home desperate for a fix. I expected I'd need a rear suspension job that would cost me over $1,000, and I would have paid it. They had me over a barrel. But the technician checked everything and took great care to rule out possibilities. He concluded the noise was coming from how we loaded the trunk! It wasn't the suspension after all. The manager charged me $27.83 for the diagnosis. I was amazed and so grateful.”

The manager called me 5 days before my scheduled appointment to let me know that she couldn’t get the tires that I ordered online using with a Black Friday deal in in time for my scheduled appt due to them being backordered. She was very nice and offered to get me in 4 similar tires and still gave me the Black Friday deal pricing. She even called me the day before my appointment to verify that the tires had arrived and were ready to be installed the next day. That’s great service.”
