Wanted to give a raving review to Conestoga Collision and particularly khan, vinny, tony and Allison as they are fantastic and if i could give them all an 11 i would but i know on 1-10 they are 10 in my books. The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. Khan above all from when i took vehicle in to the repairs getting completed as if its a new purchase from dealership has left me in awe. Congrats to him and team. Exceptional work and extreme customer care which is most defining on why i will be back for any repairs and also in recommendations of others. Congrats conestoga collision #1 in my book!”

“Called AAA, after this first two companies failed to show, got a message Jaybird was coming. Jay got there early, was friendly and asked about the car and tried to get me going. The car was in a tight spot to tow and I was worried we would have trouble getting it out easy but he had no problem. Took my car to the mechanics for me and made a bad situation much better. “This is my first time ever sending my car for a body part repair and it came out fantastic. The paint match is 10/10 and the fitment is also a 10/10. They even went ahead and did a full detail interior and exterior of the car. It felt like I was driving a brand new car. Even tho they were full with apptments (always a sign of a good shop) they let me tow there and kept it until they could get to it, in only 2 days. “I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I brought it up without an appointment. They fixed it within 10 minutes. I asked them what I owe them and they said bring your car back to us in December when your car needs state inspection. This certainly builds customer loyalty. And this is not the first time something like this has happened with me at Eagle service. I am appreciative that they have a Hometown feel instead of those big big box stores.”
“Brought my truck with 100k miles on it to B&M for a ticking in the motor and an AC that wasn’t working. Feared the worst and that I was about to drop thousands into a repair. Ben called me the next day said I needed a new condenser for the AC. Not a big deal. For the ticking, after looking over it and driving it he basically said that it’s a truck with 100k miles on it. It’s going to makes some noise but there were no real issues with the engine. He could have easily told me it was a bigger issue and taken me for thousands of dollars in repairs but he was straight up and honest. My wife and I have been looking for a reliable honest fair priced mechanic since we moved to collegeville and B&M is just that. Great experience and a relief. We will be taking all our vehicles to B&M for everything vehicle related moving forward.”

“Absolute life-saver! Ed “Sparky” Forde came out at 12:45am to tow my EV to a charging station. I was incredibly stressed about being alone with a dead battery in the middle of the night (in the rain, no less), and AAA couldn’t send anyone until 5am. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more professional or more capable person - from pickup to troubleshooting the logistics of getting a dead EV in the right position so that the charging cable actually reached the port (again, in the rain!), I couldn’t have been in better hands. He even waited with me to make sure the car was charging properly. I can only say wonderful things about this experience and can’t recommend this company highly enough!”

“Awesome customer service from the minute I called.Needed a rim that couldn't be located in NYC and these guys are awesome. Called on Friday couldn't make it out on Saturday but came Monday noon time and wheels were ready for pick up as promised. Didn't have to pay over the phone they had everything ready when i arrived. Would not mind to take another 3hr trip to do business here. Keep in mind the prices are way more than fair and they have a pick and pull in case you forget other needed parts. Thanks again Connor's you save my pockets from being empty.”

“They were able to squeeze me in 3 days after Christmas before driving home to Massachusetts. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn’t able to be delivered overnight, so they gave me a temporary fix so I could drive home safely, as well as an exact write up of what was needed so I could get my car fixed while at home. I was only charged for an hour of time to diagnose the issue. Great service, great communication, and quick work!”

Once I was convinced I needed new brakes, but they checked them and assured me it was unnecessary and just a little rust on the rotors for sitting too long without being driven.
