The car looks like new and has never been cleaner inside or out thanks to their detailing of my car while they had it in for the needed body work. “I scratched my car (badly) against a cement block and our insurance had Keystone as an in-network provider. One of the best decisions for our car was to use this body shop. Jim kept my husband and I apprised of what was going on with our car, let us know how much we would owe, and even ordered the parts for our car before we could drop it off. He got it done in 2 weeks solid, even with the snow delaying things. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He would follow-up with a phone call along with an email, which I appreciated since our car was ready a day early for us to pick up. When we got it back, the body looked brand new, and they detailed it inside and out! I highly recommend Keystone Collision if anyone needs to go to a body shop and be happy with the results. I hope I never have to use them again (bc that would not be good for my car), but if I did, I know the first place I'd go.”

“Brought my truck with 100k miles on it to B&M for a ticking in the motor and an AC that wasn’t working. Feared the worst and that I was about to drop thousands into a repair. Ben called me the next day said I needed a new condenser for the AC. Not a big deal. For the ticking, after looking over it and driving it he basically said that it’s a truck with 100k miles on it. It’s going to makes some noise but there were no real issues with the engine. He could have easily told me it was a bigger issue and taken me for thousands of dollars in repairs but he was straight up and honest. My wife and I have been looking for a reliable honest fair priced mechanic since we moved to collegeville and B&M is just that. Great experience and a relief. We will be taking all our vehicles to B&M for everything vehicle related moving forward.”

“This is my second time renting a Penske moving truck. The first time is used a 17ft. This time I used a 12ft size truck. Both were great but the 12ft was excellent. This truck didnt even use 100 dollars in gas traveling from Belleville Illinois to Pottstown, Pennsylvania. I was shocked that a big truck like that could get such good gas mileage. I rented a local U haul ro move 4 miles , making 2 trips and spent 45 in gas. Also the customer service is wonderful. All the people from the phone center to the agents where you pick up and drop off are terrific. I had 2 awesome experiences. I would say to everyone this is the company to use when doing a self move. I live Penske and I would even do an ad for them for free, that is how much I love their products and services. Awesome , Awesome and Awesome.”

Whitford was very accommodating in downsizing me to a more suitable rental. The rental process was quick and easy and the cost was more that reasonable. “A service provider: par excellence!!!They are THAT GOOD! I chose Moppert Brothers - Eagleville from a list of several service providers that my auto insurance company sent me. I made the right choice! They called me immediately, I made an appointment, took my car in, showed Steve what was going on with my car, then Steve showed me some things I didn’t see! He told me how the repair process works and what they would do, and they did what they said they’d do! Never had to call and ask, “Is my car ready yet!” Steve stayed on top of communicating with me! He was calm, cool: no yelling or ranting to me, or to his team or anyone who walked into their business - and he’s cute, too! And another gentleman I talked to - I’m forgetting his name, was the same way. Might have been his Dad: just the absolute nicest guy! I felt like one of the family, talking to him. And here I am getting work done right before Christmas, possibly heading into the New Year, and they made me feel calm and not anxious. It may have helped, too, that Enterprise Car Rental put me in a shiny, one-day-old, bright yellow 2024 Jeep Wrangler! They just got it in one day before I got it - I was the first customer in that Jeep! That Jeep was GORGEOUS! I would have NEVER picked that for myself (I’m conservative), but I’m so glad they did! When I saw the finished work on my car, it was amazing: Moppert paid meticulous attention to every detail. So I said all this to say, I’m a satisfied customer, and I highly recommend them!”
