I then went to Planet Fitness and had the best walk on the treadmill I’ve ever had!! This retail outlet came highly recommended from a friend whose two sons run track. I was recommended by my chiropractor in Limerick and so glad I came by!I own a peloton treadmill and sometimes run outside - wouldn’t really call myself a runner - I just do it for cardio.My husband, 1 year old son and I went into the store today and we were helped by Glen and Oscar who CLEARLY were super knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we got what we wanted/needed.Glen even helped me figure out why I never got any shoes that were truly comfortable. I always thought I was a 9/9.5, but turns out I’m a 10 wide! I got some Brooks that were perfect for me. I felt it the second I put them on and that’s all thanks to Glen!This will definitely be our go to store and we’ll be telling all our friends about it!Thank you Glen and Oscar, especially for being so kind and understanding about my 1 year old causing a ruckus!”

“Bought plenty of Streamlight products, used their service department twice. Both times, the processing and handling times were exceptional and my equipment was shipped back very quickly. For my first request, I mentioned the item had sentimental value and the technician reached out to me personally to discuss options as the flashlight could not be returned while also giving a replacement. He could have just processed the order, but instead reached out. Very pleased with their service and reliability of the products. I always opt for Streamlight equipment as an LEO.”

“Great selections here at Columbia just wish they had more bigger sizes in store. My daughter brought me a coat last Christmas it was cut very small. I went to return it and was given store credit cause I couldn't find anything in a women's 1x. I was told I had to look online. I go online and find a few items got ready to pay and put the gift card numbers in and the PIN number came off with the sticker. I ended up loosing that order and had to go back into the store, found a pair of leggings and shirt active wear to work out in. They have very good store sales also. Glad I was able to finally use my credit after a whole year !”

“This morning, I placed an online order for in store pickup for an item that was listed as “1 left in stock” and was nervous that the item may not actually be available, given that sometimes items listed as “in stock” may not be up to date or accurate. I arrived to the store within 10 minutes of their opening and since I hadn’t received an alert that my item was ready, expected to wait until it was retrieved. To my surprise, the item was ready and waiting! That means that someone in the store was hard at work filling online orders even before the doors opened. Kayla was prompt and professional and did a great job of asking for my name and confirmed my identity by asking for my ID. As a customer who has placed a lot of online orders for items to pick up in store at various stores including Target etc, it was obvious to me that she was well trained and that there was a procedure for all in-store pick-up items. I was also looking for another item which I asked her for some guidance in directing me to where I might find the item, and she happily walked me to a nearby stand where they were located, saving me loads of time. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, and very glad I was helped by Kayla, as I have a very busy day ahead. The customer service Kayla provided was 10 out of 10. In a day and age where I’ve come to expect my interactions with store staff to be lackluster and even disappointing/upsetting, this pleasant surprise really started off my Friday on a high note and made me all the more eager to enjoy the long holiday weekend. Thanks, Kayla! I really appreciate all your help this morning. Keep up the stellar work!”
