“I have been with Steve office for years now I believe like 4 or 5 and every one there is amazing Jessica she helps with everything very professional caring and explain everything to a T always making sure I understand everything that's going on.. That office is the best statefarms office ever I referred so many people there and when my son was taking from me they was right on time with everything Steve morrow made sure that everything was done on a timely fashion and even came personally. They let u know ahead of time when payment is do 5 days before and text messages weeks before and continue to so we won't fall short.HANDS DOWN I AM VERY VERY PROUD I HAVE THEM TO HELP WITH MY LIFE INSURANCES THEY MAKE SURE YOU DONT LASPE ON IT. “My wife hit a deer the night before Thanksgiving. The car is beat up, but everyone is ok.After everybody calmed down, I sent one text to Cheryl Huesken @ Johanna M. James: Allstate Insurance, and I started the claim online. That's literally the hardest we've had to work. On the next business day, Cheryl and I were on the phone, and then she spent her day getting us set up for the rental, the body shop, and the tow. When the first tow fell through, she was once again on the phone getting the second one set up. She's texted every day of the process to check in. Our only responsibilities so far were making sure the tow truck driver got the key and getting my wife to the rental car.It's been COMPLETELY stress-free. (For the introverts - We haven't had to make a single phone call! We've been called or notified by every party along the way.)My two cents - If you don't have an insurance agent doing the hard work with you, you don't have an insurance agent. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Cheryl Huesken!!”
