“My wife hit a deer the night before Thanksgiving. The car is beat up, but everyone is ok.After everybody calmed down, I sent one text to Cheryl Huesken @ Johanna M. James: Allstate Insurance, and I started the claim online. That's literally the hardest we've had to work. On the next business day, Cheryl and I were on the phone, and then she spent her day getting us set up for the rental, the body shop, and the tow. When the first tow fell through, she was once again on the phone getting the second one set up. She's texted every day of the process to check in. Our only responsibilities so far were making sure the tow truck driver got the key and getting my wife to the rental car.It's been COMPLETELY stress-free. (For the introverts - We haven't had to make a single phone call! We've been called or notified by every party along the way.)My two cents - If you don't have an insurance agent doing the hard work with you, you don't have an insurance agent. Thank you! Thank you! “Best repair experience for my Honda Accord at AAA King of Prussia, PA location. From Tom, who took my initial call, listening to my uncomfortable Honda story and letting me know options, to Gabriel, who researched repair costs, to Phil, who provided status of the repair and let me know when the car was done, which was much earlier from what I expected. Great customer service from all 3 service people. And icing on the cake was that their charge was much less expensive from a quote I received from another repair service. Thanks and will give AAA Auto Repair in King of Prussia my business going forward. This was long but important to say.”
