“I really enjoy the clean facility to get my day going on my strength days. The atmosphere is conductive to great peace of mind as i flow through my routine. The regulars are always friendly and the staff keeps the place sanitary. The showers are nice and cold; just how i like them after my resistance training. I recommend any one trying to find a healthy routine to join. I have been a member since 2022.”

“In town for the day while partner worked at the Arena and wanted to get in a good workout. Always enjoy trying out new gyms outside the regular name brand ones. This gym met all of my needs. Gym had quality equipment, not crowded, clean, and friendly staff. Bathroom was very clean and had a lot of space in private area to easily take a shower and change. Definitely a quality gym in the Reading, PA area. I'm more on the bodybuilder side of workouts, but this gym looks to caters to all with all the platforms, Olympic lifting equipment, and turf area.”
