Being new to the area, I was looking for a financial institution with a nice and knowledgeable staff, and Pennstar definitely goes above and beyond! “This bank has been the best and most reliable for the years I've used it, however I had to remove a star for the new operating system as a whole. This was not a good switch, I have tried for several days now to simply call my bank and cannot get through to anyone. I remain on hold for up to an hour before giving up. Please fix your system or revert... It does not make me comfortable knowing I can't get through to anyone.”
