“I have been a CVS customer for about 40 years. I have a neurologic illness that causes extreme fatigue. Previously I was on a medication for years and it stopped working. Myneurologist tried another medication, that also did not work well. My neurologist finally found a medication that did work on August 4, 2023. Today is August 10, 2023, and it still has not been filled. On the pharmacy telephone line yesterday it said my medicine would be ready at 5:55 PM and of course, it was not. I spoke to a CVS pharmacist that said it was on backorder and they could not get enough from other stores to fill it. I have had other difficulties recently but my point is that customer service has declined. They are not able to go the extra mile to fulfill a customer’s needs.”
