“I went to Walgreens today to pick up an anti- nausea medication my dr had sent in yesterday. There had been some confusion with insurance, and my pre-authorization had finally gone through and I had spoken to someone on the phone who said it was ready for pickup. When I asked for it, the younger girl working told me it wasn't ready yet. I unfortunately got a little upset, and started asking to know who had told me it was ready, if it wasn't ready? I am 8 weeks pregnant and having a lot of issues with nausea, and had waited a while to get them resolved, so I was frustrated. She stood her ground, until another employee came and said no, it is actually ready, but wasn't marked as ready in the system yet because the pharmacist had to check it (not her fault at all). The other employee then got the pharmacist out of his break to check the prescription so I could have it. The girl was very apologetic and accommodating, and I feel silly for being a difficult customer. All of this to say, I don't usually look at name tags, but the younger girl with dark hair who works at this location is doing a great job. When I worked in retail, I would not have wanted to deal with me, and would certainly not have apologized! The whole afternoon staff is customer oriented and accommodating. Thanks!”

Don is an all around genuinely caring person and I have never encountered any problems with him or Andy. Glenolden rite aid and the people there make it feel like you are family .”

“Great help the staff knows we're everything is Alice is a great manager and very professional and helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about all the information on the products they sell I have been going there for year's and the pharmacy and pharmacist are also very helpful knowledgeable friendly courteous and always text you when you're medicine comes in and as a former United States Marine they are very respectful and treat me compassion when I am very sick after 11 years of going to them I don't think I have ever had a bad experience maybe at times they are very busy and cannot get to me right away but they always try to do their very best to help you as a person and as a customer of there store I want to thank them for always making my shopping experience with them very good ? Mr Douglas Scouten ?”

“Located in place which nearby to many popular shops, this Walmart gives quite some choices. Their pharmacy is good in terms of the interactions both over phone and directly. The staff is friendly and communicates clearly about processes they follow and the medicines. Far better in all those aspects compared to the other options I tried in nearby places - CVS.”
