“In a post Covid world where customer service is lacking, I had to share my experience at the Sharon Hill CVS today.
I had a prescription sent to this CVS which most CVSs in the area were out of. I was told Sharon Hill had it. My script was a lower dosage that they had available.
Samat Mahat was the person who waited on me at the pharmacy. She was polite and her number one priority was to help me find this medication. She called around to at least 5 other CVS locations. She went above and beyond and CVS is lucky to have such an exceptional employee!
