Visited store this morning. Steve was so helpful. I spent about an hour with Verizon on phone yesterday. Was disconnected, agent never called me back. Today, Steve told me what my issue was and I was able to rectify the problem. Now I am able to use my phone without issues. Thanks, Steve.

They were very busy this is a good sign yet I was still greeted at the door and my problems handled successfully and was back on my schedule quicker than I thought excellent customer service
