“We got a flat tire at 1am on the highway. Spent the night at a hotel and went over to get new tires in the AM. This shop didn't have the tires we needed so they gave us a card and directions to their other shop a little up the road. They had the tires we needed. We didn't even have to get out of the car, they were so quick. Put 4 tires on in 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced for everything! We didn't realize it's cash only and we ran across the street to the ATM. They were very understanding and nice!”

I called the service center and they were kind enough to wait for me to have my vehicle towed, using the Pep Boys towing service, and have the tire changed out and replaced with a new tire. The service attendant and technician were both very friendly, patient and accommodating. Really appreciate it!”
