“I'm an insurance agent, and a lot my customers have used A1 for body work and have always had amazing things to say about them. So when my car was hit in front of my office, I decided to use them because my customers always gave great reports back to me about them, and I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired correctly and as fast as possible. Because the extent of the damage (my Jeep was rear-ended and was about 25k in damages) it took longer than usual because of the availability of parts and just the amount of actual work that was needed, and Rich, I believe the owner, offered to help me out with a rental when I didn't even ask for it nor was complaining at all about it; he just genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with his company. He also updated me on the status of the vehicle quicker than any other shop would have, and I work with a lot of shops because of me being an insurance agent. “I thought I was having some transmission problems so I got some advice from a friend to bring it here because these guys do a really good job for them. I took the van there at the appointment time which is a 40 minute drive away. They took the van in and said they would call during the day to give me updates. This was a very quick experience because they called me a few hours later and said that the transmission is fine and that the torque on my van is strong and my front tires have thin treads. I got some new front snow tires from them and they are the best snow tires I've ever had. The van is running fine now and I will be taking my van back to them for other repairs because I trust them. It's all about safety for my family so trust is huge for me and these guys did awesome.Services: Tires”

“I have been wanting to upgrade my car for some time now always putting it on the back burner. My husband was relentless in wanting to get me in a Cadillac again. ( it has been years since we’ve had one) We currently live part time in NY and most of the time in PA. We have always purchased our cars in NY. He found this dealership on google and insisted we give it a try. Honestly I have never seen a dealership with such good reviews and it sparked my interest. Yes cents not thousands!On pick up the finance guy Steve Mariani was so organized and knowledgeable and again No Pressure to buy anything! Then as we are signing RJ Burnes comes in and personally thanks us. Like where am I?This was the easiest fastest and most relaxing car purchase we have ever made and let me tell you this has got to be at least the 15th car I’ve owned.The price was reasonable, the car beautiful.
