“Phillipps did a phenomenal job fixing my pickup truck! It looks brand new. I originally got estimates from a couple of auto body shops and Phillips was the most expensive, but also in the same ballpark. I ultimately chose them because they seemed very professional and had availability within a week to take my truck in and that was worth the added cost to me. The least expensive place had a great reputation but had a 3 month wait time. Overall very happy with the timing and their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to others.”

“I'm an insurance agent, and a lot my customers have used A1 for body work and have always had amazing things to say about them. So when my car was hit in front of my office, I decided to use them because my customers always gave great reports back to me about them, and I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired correctly and as fast as possible. Because the extent of the damage (my Jeep was rear-ended and was about 25k in damages) it took longer than usual because of the availability of parts and just the amount of actual work that was needed, and Rich, I believe the owner, offered to help me out with a rental when I didn't even ask for it nor was complaining at all about it; he just genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with his company. He also updated me on the status of the vehicle quicker than any other shop would have, and I work with a lot of shops because of me being an insurance agent.
