Dana is wonderful! We have been shopping R Norris for many years. Dana has helped me (and my husband) pick out lovely pieces of jewelry from necklaces to multiple pairs of earrings. She has also taken care of several ring repairs.

Five stars all the way. Dana helped me craft a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring within my budget and it's absolutely gorgeous. This may be a tiny shop in a small town but they give big city quality and service.
