I did not have my order number for the ring my husband purchased for my Christmas gift. She took the time to call and hold on while waiting for someone at the corporate office find the information. I do not see customer service like that much anymore.

“Steve repaired my cherished wedding ring. It was originally set with 6 prongs, which kept bending. I’ve had it repaired and re-set 3 other times. Steve advised I should consider a 4 prong setting as it’s stronger and shows more of the stone - I’m so glad I trusted his advice! The ring is stunning and the setting feels much more solid. He cleaned and polished my ring and had it back to me much quicker than I anticipated. He went above and beyond with great communication and the work on my ring is just stunning! Plus, his pricing was beyond reasonable! If you are seeking a highly qualified jeweler that treats your jewelry with same love and passion that you have for it- Steve @ Franklin Jewelers is highly recommended by me; if you knew me, you’d know, that’s saying a lot!
