Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex is a unique and complete fitness and sports experience for the entire family, with nothing like it in Berks or surrounding counties. The large facility houses an award-winning and state-of-the-art fitness center, aquatics center, two NHL-size ice rinks, sports fields, and a basketball court. It is one of the best gyms in Berks County, with everything you could ask for including an indoor track and pool. The staff is friendly, super helpful, very encouraging, and always ready to answer questions. The environment is refreshing and encouraging. The basketball program is incredible, with a great atmosphere and coaching styles that focus on empowering players, not ego. The youth swim school is also phenomenal, teaching with a safety-first approach based on American Red Cross standards. Instructors are wonderful and well-trained. It is a great place for kids, with ice rinks open in winter. While some note that the physical therapy is not integrated with the gym, many members find it a great place to meet people and recommend it highly, especially for those who feel they can't do a gym.
