“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! “I was thinking of purchasing an EV and they had a used Tesla. I was introduced to Eric Nyce who was the expert at the dealership for EV’s. He spent the time with me so I understood the differences between the Tesla and the Ford EV’s. I was actually not wanting to inquire about the Tesla due to the fact that I had so many questions.and was unsure that a Ford dealership would be able to provide me with so much information regarding the Tesla. Eric is a Tesla owner himself and provided me the differences between the Mach E and the Tesla. It was a no brainer that I had come to the right place. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional, I recommend seeing Eric Nyce for your Ford or EV needs. More importantly he loves his job which is hard to come by these days!! He took time to explain all the work he was doing and communicated throughout the process about timing and pricing.
