“Tremendously attentive and polite team at Audi Devon. Had the pleasure of dealing with Bill as a service advisor and Joe, the service manager, when I took my R8 in for a service/recall. Ended up becoming very acquainted with the front of the house team as well as service technicians and master technician. This was very important to me as I was dropping off my prized possession and entrusting it in the care of this team. I was blessed with having an Audi Q7 as my loaner vehicle which made life so much easier on getting to and from the dealership as it's roughly 25 minutes from my primary residence. 10 points to an amazing team oh and the complimentary lattes inside are also really delicious!”

“Nicholas, Yusuf and Collin deserve every promotion, raise, bonus, and recognition possible. I live in North Jersey, but was here for a few days as my dad had died here earlier in the week. I had gotten a flat tire and called around to no less than a dozen tire places in the area, but no one had the tire size I needed. I was towed to this Tesla and saw online that they close at 7 p.m. My tow finally came and we showed up at 6:45 p.m., and I took my chances with the hopes there might still be someone around to help me. I had just three hours before having to drive to Newark Airport to pick up my husband who was coming home from a long trip overseas, and I had been anxious to see him given everything I had been through this week. I explained this to these gentlemen and asked if there was anything that could be done at such a late hour, as I really needed my car back that night. They informed me that the service team had gone home for the night, but that they would do everything in their power to make sure I could make it to pick up my husband. Thomas and Collin called Yusuf, the location manager, who said he was nearby and that he would come in and see if he could change the tire himself. Within an hour, I had my Model Y back with a brand new tire on it, one hour after their official closing time on a Friday night. I was able to make it to the airport in time to pick up my husband, and I couldn't have been more grateful to these three for making it happen. I had been having the worst week of my life, but they all stepped up and made sure that I didn't have yet another headache on my hands. I am forever grateful. Tesla, Elon, whoever can do it, make sure these guys are rewarded for their hard work and most of all, for their compassion. We need more people like Collin, Thomas, and Yusuf in this world. Thanks again, guys. My husband and I already loved our Teslas (we both drive our own) but now we for sure are customers for life.”
