“Had car in for routine service recently ,due to some confusion re my contract for paintless ding repair, that service was not performed as scheduled. I spoke to my salesman ,Bob Gillespie who sold me the car and that service in August of 2019 and he took care of the problem for me. I then received a call from the service manager who apologized for that confusion and explained what happened.. I am very happy now. My service in the past was always done correctly and reasonably priced.Update. This service department is great. I have been waiting for months for parts to come from Ford for a recall. They came in and they called me to install and sent out mobile service and did it at my home. I asked if they could do my routine oil change and they did that too. Everything was free as i had ford credits. Tech was great expliained everything. I have strarted over last year taking my non ford cars there for routine maintenance and state inspections as they do a great job and at a fair price.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“I was traveling with my two young kids and my car was giving me serious trouble. I barely made it to this location. I was alone w the kids in a strange place on the verge of tears . I stepped out and collected myself. I went back in the office and got myself a Rent-A-Car and left my car there. They are looking at my car tomorrow. As a single mom I was nervous and scared and Dee told me where to find the enterprise rental as I said, we were traveling on the way to Lancaster from south jersey we had a two day vacation planned in Lancaster end it was nonrefundable. Thanks to see I was able to get the rental car and I left my car there so hopefully tomorrow it can be diagnosed and fixed .”

And Will kept in close touch with me updating pretty much daily. It if wasn’t for the great communication and customer service provided by Will I might not be leaving a glowing review. “Brought my 2005 Highlander in during the first days of a deep freeze we had here in Philly which coincided with the car misfiring. I had also noticed a shiny area near the oil lid which I thought might be a sign of a need for a new oil gasket. The issue was a bad coil that needed replacing. They recommended doing all 4 coils and sparkplugs I elected to just do 1 coil and all the sparkplugs. They did not insist on doing all 4 coils and they did not do an easy upsale of the gasket which they said was fine.They also had a mechanic take me to and from my nearby apartment.Just moved here from out of state so very glad to have found an honest shop. Kudos to Joe at the front desk who coordinated everything.”
