Tiffany and Melissa could not have been more helpful in getting this old timer (and somewhat computer illiterate individual) to open a new account with Diamond. Jen did an amazing job today! We had a fraudulent charge happen to an account we have and although it took about 20 minutes, Jen worked with my husband and I to verify and fix the issue! Thank you for such great customer service! We love Diamond, have never had anything but the best service!
