“To say that my husband and I are so thankful that we found this place is an understatement. If you want a go to pet supply store with quality products that are good for your pets, come here. Sheena (owner) truly cares about the products she sells in her store and cares about the livelihood of her customer’s pets and their needs. She takes the time to talk to you about your specific pet’s needs and breed and what foods would be helpful for them, and if she isn’t sure what the answer to your questions are she will take time out of her day to research and find out for you! She will order a specific food for you if she doesn’t carry it, which is why we started going to her store in the first place. We love supporting small businesses, especially ones that truly CARE about our dog’s needs. She even has a discount program for her food bags! We shop here and only here for our food and treats. “This was at The Pet Pub, not Pets Come First.After applying shampoo to my dog I began to feel ill. I felt faint and began vomiting. I asked a little girl outside of the self-wash to get help. The assistant groomer came in and rinsed and blew my dog dry until my son arrived. She even asked if I wanted her to apply his conditioner, which I declined. She had done so much already. Aside from this incident, the staff is very friendly and engaging. I highly recommend The Pet Pub for your pets needs.”

“Jeff hooked us up! 6 months after we first visited Finatics our tank is going strong and healthy and the owner set us up for success. Learned a lot and I'm enjoying my aquarium. You can get anything you could possibly need for your own home tank, plus a good selection of fish and other aquatic life on sale as well. Won't go anywhere else in town for my home aquarium needs.”

“I have been coming pretty regularly now, I didn't even know this store existed a few months ago. I now come here for all my reptile and small animal needs. Everytime I come in Quinn has been nothing short of amazing in helping me find exactly what I need, informing me on proper care and even going above and beyond to help me. I recently got a rescue ball python and I brought him in and Quinn helped me get multiple layers of stuck shed and eye caps off of him. And helped me set up a game plan for the little guy to get him healthy again. She is super knowledgeable if you have any questions about reptiles or small animals and need supplies this is the store to go to!”
