“This was a unique visit. We needed a specific Purina product no one else carries. When checking on line it showed in stock. I drove 45 minutes to make the purchase. When I arrived I noticed pallet after pallet of of unworked freight and empty home locations. I walked around the pallets and spotted what I needed. I asked the young man if I was allowed to pull from the pallet and quickly said no. As a district manager for a small box retailer I 100% understood his reasons and I also know you gotta make your customer happy, afterall I drove 45 minutes to make this purchase.
