Parma Sausage Products is a small family business producing fine quality Italian meats since 1954 in Pittsburgh's historic Strip District. It is a historical Pittsburgh site with top quality meats, a great selection of cold cuts, and quality products. The friendly and knowledgeable staff provide fast service. Their items, like hot and mild Italian sausage, Soppressata, summer sausage, and pepperoni, are highly recommended and very good. The products are reasonably priced and in consistent demand due to traditional curing recipes. Parking can be difficult and stock is sometimes limited.
I used the various salamis for an 8 foot grazing board and all of it was devoured. Local guests knew it was from Parma once they ate it. Out of town guests commented on how tasty it was.
