I just want to say I love my Mini, but I really hate having it serviced because I have to bring it here. Yesterday I brought my car in because of a discharge battery error I was receiving. First they charged me about $90 for the diagnostic to tell me the battery was dying. When the estimate came in to replace the battery, my full bill was $650. They said this was an hour for labor and 30 minutes for registering the battery to the vehicle. I gave the okay at 3:45 pm, and received everything was complete at 4:30. So 45 minutes of work which is half of the time I was charged. I was told they charge by buckets of time. I find this really sneaky and disrespectful to the loyal customers that come here. To top it off as I went to pay, I learned there is a 3% service fee up charge if you pay with your credit card. Second story that lives rent free in my head is from several years ago with my first Mini (I'm on my second one currently). My battery had died, and AAA replaced my battery with the wrong sized battery so it kept dying until I brought it here. They gave me the option of replacing my battery, or propping up the one that was provided by AAA with cardboard for $350. As you can imagine that shocked me. At least at that point in time they actually cleaned and washed your car which they don't seem to do anymore. I don't recommend bringing your car here if you can avoid it. Now that my car is out of warranty, I will be taking it elsewhere.

I have tried to buy a car out of state before and had a terrible experience, this was the exact opposite! They exceeded my expectations, and were extremally helpful. I asked for a walk around video, ten minutes later I had two videos sent to my phone. I emailed the sales manager, Jake Dunks Campbell, he responded within a few minutes and answered all my questions. They were priced better than other BMW stores in my area and even with shipping which they lined up, it was a better deal than buying locally. Every email was returned within minutes, honest and upfront pricing. I would recommend them hands down. 0 pressure and fantastic communication. Jake was amazing, can't say enough positive things about him and the experience!

Great experience. I was car hunting, stopped in there with my son. The saleswoman was very nice and knowledgeable and the manager gave my son a bmw hat which he wears all the time. I didn't buy a car because I ended up keeping mine but if I do I will not hesitate to buy there. The customer service was top notch!

Very difficult to get in contact with advisor. Greedy repair service as they do not listen to my issue and request high amounts of money to look into unrelated issues. I do not understand the miscommunication with advisor to mechanics. Not coming here again.

Waited for 20 minutes to speak to a person. I was told they had the part and was quoted a price. I drove an hour to the dealership. Spoke with Joseph who charged my card and told me the part was in their other building and would be brought to me in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I was told they didn't have the part. Joseph then offered to refund my money for the part they charged me for but didn't have. What a courtesy!!!!

This dealership has changed their policy related to loaner cars during service. Now a loaner car is only available if the model of the car being repaired is 2014 or later. I called this morning for the annual service on a 2013 I purchased from P&W only to find out no loaner would be available. This is poor customer service. Apparently serving customers who opt to keep their older cars running is no longer a priority for the dealer. Very disappointing.

I bought two cars from these people. I am sure both times they made good money of me but I was comfortable w the deals. Anyhow, I got a note that there is loyalty program to upgrade. I tried reaching the Manger who sent the email. No response to email. No return if calls. He never there apparently. Finally someone answered gave me totally different numbers. I reminded him of the offer and then he was going to talk w manager and get back to me. Nothing!!! Totally unresponsive group. If a BMW dealership was closer to me I would have never bothered w these guys after the first but can't beat being able to walk to it. Now I won't.

DO IT YOURSELF DONT SPENT TONS OF MONEY HERE. "$220 detailing" for poor work. I hate to nit-pick but geez, I have been saving up and looking forward to getting my car detailed for a while now. Looks like they barely used a vacuumed, check out the pictures. It's as if their detailing encompassed opening the doors and hoping a breeze would blow through. I am very upset with the lack of any sort of effort put into cleaning my car, specially for the price. Was the same "effort" put into the new brakes and rotors that I "needed"? I could have done the same interior work in 10 minutes with a straw as a vacuum. I do not feel bad for complaining and being so brash for how much it cost. The pictures speak for themselves. UPDATE INSPECTION OVERLOOKED AND FAILED TO DISCLOSE "CRITICAL BREAK FAILURE" : I was about to take down this scathing review before my car broke down just a couple weeks after getting worked on and inspected here. I got the car towed to a different dealership that said my break were messed up, to the point of "critical failure". So I guess P&W thought a "critical failure" in my brakes what something that could simply be looked past in inspection. This is blatant reckless endangerment, I was lucky that I didn't have to experience critical failure of my break while driving. I now double down on urging that this place is not only inefficient and over priced, but also dangerous in their lack of effort and blatant neglect for following inspection and safety procedures.

Had may 2022 Bmw serviced with a full detail. Low quality overall. Smears in windshield , water spots on exterior and things not wiped down. Prices were high and service was mediocre. Likely use swollen next time. Fwiw- I also Tried to buy a car here. Highest price and sales manger wanted me to "prove" other prices 3-5% lower. What a waste of time. Just bought lower else where (Monroeville) I am likely done with this dealership as seems low quality and service for the small Pittsburgh area.

DON'T GO HERE FOR SERVICE. For the last year or two, this dealership has constantly had massive turnover in its service department. Not a good sign. 99% of the honest, experienced people are now gone. Look, cars get damaged all the time when they go in for service. Space is tight in an urban environment; I get it. But when you mess my car up--you should fix it. And that's what service has always done. Until now. P&W's newest service manager (as well as the service department head) think it's acceptable to deny that any damage is possible (seriously, he said it almost never happens in service--any car owner knows this is obvious lie) and that if I have a problem, I should get my insurance involved. I have video that shows the scratches and paint chips were not there previous to my car's servicing, and they also have video! Disappointed that the owner of this dealership is allowing these new employees to besmirch P&W's previously sterling reputation.

Always a great buying experience. I've purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, I wouldn't trust anyone else. When I'm in the market for a newer vehicle I reach out to them and they fine me the perfect fit. They make sure I understand the transaction (as a woman that's important to me) If I have any questions or concerns after the purchase they are extremely helpful. I'm a happy customer and highly recommend them. Thanks Kenny, Dave & Mike Brown for your service.

Service is always slow, no matter how far in advance you make an appointment or how early in the day. Very little concern for the customers time. (I'm fine waiting several hours for basic oil changes, inspections, etc, but always way more. They tend to overbook.)!
