Great experience. I was car hunting, stopped in there with my son. The saleswoman was very nice and knowledgeable and the manager gave my son a bmw hat which he wears all the time. I didn't buy a car because I ended up keeping mine but if I do I will not hesitate to buy there. The customer service was top notch!

Very difficult to get in contact with advisor. Greedy repair service as they do not listen to my issue and request high amounts of money to look into unrelated issues. I do not understand the miscommunication with advisor to mechanics. Not coming here again.

Service is always slow, no matter how far in advance you make an appointment or how early in the day. Very little concern for the customers time. (I'm fine waiting several hours for basic oil changes, inspections, etc, but always way more. They tend to overbook.)!
