If I could give no stars I would. Both of the girls were rude, had an attitude the second they came from the back. I could barely get my question out before one said, "No, we don't got that." I was inquiring about WiFi. I had already spoken with 2 Metro reps over the phone & was told to go into the store. They were just dismissive & acted like I was keeping them from something more important, maybe whatever they were doing in the back that left the white residue in the corners of the most rude one. *Shrugs* Metro needs better people, like the ones in T-Mobile. That's exactly where I went back to.

I was asked to pickup a phone that was to be used until someone could straighten out personal issues and retrieve phone from their 'Ex'. That became irrelevant when they said to use their card but there was nothing- a zero balance on card.But the store was clean neat and staff was very knowledgeable. Had the funds been on card I could have obtained the desired device.Please note any difficulty had to do with card and not with the store or staff.

The customer service was terrible, the lady was very impatient with me and very rude and refused to comply with the customer service rep I had on the phone to help further assist my service issue.

That was the rudest customer service experience I've ever we walked in and got profiled from the door. The customer service lady looked at us rudely up and down twice never even acknowledged us beyond a grunt, even tho we walked in and greeted her with a hello ... The only thing she said to us was " what you want," and after we said to pay our bill and buy a new phone she went back to wiping displays and ignored us so we left.

Top notch customer service. The store manager is very hands on and gets to know her customers. Anytime I have an issue - she has gone.above and beyond to rectify the issue (which is extremely rare now a days and in the mobile retail environment). I only recommend Metro by T-Mobile on N Highland Ave in east liberty.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Good selection of phones!! Store manager and associates very friendly and welcoming. They answered every question I had and really helped me make an informed decision!.

Great phone plans but very little help after your phone breaks (even if you pay for insurance) lots of hidden fees
