“I literally cannot rate them high enough. If I could rate a 10 star, I would. I shop with them pretty regularly (maybe a few hundred dollars spent? Nothing too crazy), but outside of that, I'm just a regular detailer. I don't hold any crazy accolades, not an IDA member, Not some crazy popular detailing Influencer, just your average detailer.
That being said - I got a call out of the blue from one of their higher ups (I forget his name now) asking me if there's anything that I use regularly that they don't currently offer, or any brands/products that I'd like to see them offer. I told him Koch Chemie is a big one for me (also P&S and Labocosmetica heavy, but they already offer those). I love GSF, Active Foam, Super Foam, and a handful of other products. Tell me how I logged on tonight to buy some products and almost the entire Koch Chemie lineup got added since that call. It really made me feel incredibly happy and made me feel like my voice is genuinely heard and considered and not just your corporate run around put it on the back burner kind of feel some places give. That 15 minute phone call genuinely felt as if I was talking to a friend and was a super calm and comfortable conversation.
Not to mention wholesale prices are FANTASTIC, and they even have some select items that ship free! PHENOMENAL customer service. If anything ever happens with your order they will email you AND personally give you a call to let you know what's going on. There are a LOT of online retailers - but this one is the best, no contest. You can just tell that they genuinely care and put their heart and soul into it. I have never been treated this highly by ANY company EVER. This company absolutely has all my money until the end of time. Keep up the fantastic work you guys! ??”
“I was in a car accident recently and brought my car to Centerline Collision - Willow to be fixed. A few days later, the shop owner, Joe, personally called me to explain that the car is not going to be able to be fixed and he explained what next steps look like. He offered to be a helpful resource as I work through next steps with insurance, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. A few days later I called back to explain I can't grab my items from my car for a few more days. An employee (I believe Evan was his name) answered and let me know that there isn't a rush for me to come, was extremely kind and understanding, and also provided some guidance on how to proceed with next steps. This shop goes above and beyond for their customers and I couldn't recommend them more!”

“I didn't even know that fixing a bent wheel was possible. The wheels on my Tesla are $1000 each. Ouch! I hit a big pothole and it bent the wheel. I somehow found this place and service and for $127 they were able to fix my wheel. They were very upfront that it may not be fixable but luckily it was. I was so happy.”
“Firstly and most importantly, the bodywork they did was outstanding. They front edge of my hood was crinkled in like an accordion, but they made it new again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication was lacking. They typically update all of their customers on the status of their vehicles every Tuesday and Thursday, but I never got any of those updates. Instead, I found myself calling and/or stopping by twice a week for the 3 to 4 weeks that they had it. Each time I stopped in, someone made sure to mention their 'staffing issues'. I understand that and I certainly can sympathize, but maybe let's not keep telling that to the customers for weeks on end, to the point it begins sounding like an excuse. And when speaking with 2 different employees during the final week or so of them having it, I was given 2 different pick-up dates that were 3 days apart. Also, I thought that the final clean-up before giving it back to me would've been a bit more thorough. The body looked great, but all of the door jambs were untouched. BUT, all in all, they did a great job on the most important thing, and for that I DO recommend them and I WILL happily go back to them the next time I hit a deer. Also, they installed a snap-on piece that I ordered for me. It was just a simple installation but they did it for me and didn't charge me for it. I do appreciate that. Thank you City Collision.”

The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge.
