“As a student, taking my car to the shop for my check engine light had me on edge to begin with. Once I was told the multiple reasons why my light was on(way more than what I was expecting), I was made a working problem list for things that I didn't even get serviced today. Also, while I was in the waiting room, someone came out to me to tell me that things were taking longer than expected, and suggested that I grabbed something to eat. With the holidays approaching, and money really tight, I appreciate them just working on the issue that I came there for, rather than pressuring me to get everything done at once. Very nice employees, who even charged my dead phone for me to use my gps home. As someone who suffers from anxiety, these little gestures of hospitality kept me from having a panic attack. They even brought to my attention that I had an old PA tag on my window (I'm an Ohio resident), and peeled it off for me. I have definitely become a returning customer after today. Thank you so much again!”

“I have used them a few times now and I have not had a bad experience at all. I dropped my car off and was beyond thrilled to have noticed when I picked it up that they took the time to wash the outside as well as my car mats, sweep my car out and completely clean my front windshield. Which has been bothering me for a good few months now due to a childs handprints on the glass. I was completely blown away from the extra attention to detail that they took. They also were able to touch up a small part of my car that was not listed on the initial estimate that they gave me.Services: Painting”

“Was super easy to call and get an appointment to get my car inspected within a week. It is a bit tricky to find because the entrance is not on Broad St (which is the street address), so I do recommend doing a little google street view exploration beforehand! On the day of my appointment, I just dropped my car off and left. They called a few hours later to let me know it was ready and didn't need anything done. Found them to be honest and prices were great. Will be my go-to in the future.”

“I came into Pittsburgh for a trade show and needed a trickle charger and some other stuff. Did not have transportation and the manager and his team stepped up huge and delivered the stuff to the convention center for me. Even with the inclement weather and cold they got it done. Great customer service. Highly recommend utilizing these guys again.”
“It’s less than 20 degrees outside and my car wouldn’t start. I went to Autozone and Brandon was incredibly helpful in the troubleshooting the issue and very knowledgable! Poor guy was probably freezing as he tested my battery. Then afterwards he helped me find a good replaced and installed it! Also in the freezing cold! He was extremely nice and personable.
