The last time I was here, a staff member named Lake helped me shop for what I needed, made suggestions, went and grabbed planters for me and helped me load my car. “We have been working with this company for probably a decade or more mainly for kitchen and bathroom countertops-granite and quartz. We did purchase a vanity with top from them about 5 years ago that was good quality. We recently had three vanity countertops installed with quartz at our personal property. Price was great and the crew that installed was professional and pleasant. Will continue to use them in the future.”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”

“Lewis (I hope I spelled that correctly) was extremely helpful this morning. I left my wallet in one of their rental trucks yesterday. Upon calling the rental department, I was greeted by Lewis over the phone. I explained the issue at hand and Lewis said he could help me out if I stopped by. When I arrived, Lewis was in a fantastic mode (at 6 am mind you) and informed me he held the keys to the truck so it couldn't be rented before I arrived. Customer service like this deserves to be praised, thank you for putting me in good spirits for the rest of the day sir!”
