Experienced employee ready to jump on a guest who was with his wife and infant. Employee was not removed, but continued to work. Very uncomfortable situation for guest waiting to check in. Other than that I would given better review.

Aria was very kind efficient excellent customer service representative to guests. The food in bar excellent crab cakes and crab appetizer superb Waiters were excellent efficient jovial experience at this hotel was excellent. Thank you for supporting the military.
