“If David Lynch’s lucid dream produced a thrift store this would be its rightful manifestation.
And it’s as perfect and glorious as Twin Peaks Season 1.
I’d argue this is the best thrift shop on the planet with the most beautiful, interesting, kind team you’ll ever meet.
I have found treasures here that could change your life.
And when I didn’t, I left pleased knowing my money still went to worthy causes.
Come, shop, engage. It’s always a good time”
“The scheduling and check-in process was easy and stress-free. The staff was super helpful and very nice. The pricing was affordable, and my two puppies are healing great from their neuter, microchips, and shots! They sent home pain meds for them as well as thorough discharge paperwork. This clinic is one hour from where I live, but between the reviews and the price, it was worth it! Highly recommend”

Your facility is beautifully designed and appointed. It is very comforting to those who work, visit and residents.”
“Arrived around 4pm, they close at 6. Walked around the outdoor area, then went inside to see the other half and the sun went down, went back outside and it was a whole other world with string lights and colored light. Very magical after dark!
There is a cool self guided scavenger hunt inside and outside. They have guided tours to other parts of the building as well I think you have to schedule in advance.
Overall a cool experience, it doesn't take long to walk through the general admission area.”
“last winter i took part in one of the NBW Adult Bike Repair courses and it was a huge game changer in my confidence performing maintenance and repairs on my bike as needed! i highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to improve their relationship with their bike. i feel so much more empowered as a daily commuter now that i understand the basics of how my bike works and functions.
i took a small spill the other day and when i got back on my bike i could tell something was off. instead of panicking i was able to go through the list of things i learned in the course, figure out the issue (my back break pads had been knocked out of alignment), i made the adjustment and was back on my way to work in just a few minutes!
thank you to andrew for teaching the course and the other kind volunteers who helped out each week, the knowledge you shared is being put to use for me often!!”

“My husband and I agreed that it was time to adopt but with my cancer treatments, we knew we needed a calm, low maintenance dog. The selection process was low-pressure, very thorough and informative for us both. Meg helped us choose Lyra - a beautiful calm Saluki from Bahrain and when we found out she had some health issues, the program jumped right in to offer support, flexibility and whatever we needed to be sure she was taken care of. Lyra has become my husband's best friend through my illness and she adds so much joy and happiness to our lives.
From application, to adoption, and now post-adoption. Meg and Bobbie, along with the vet staff, have all been incredibly communicative, supportive, and helpful not only in ensuring that we got a dog that fit our needs but nearly a year later, they're continuing to invest time and energy and effort to make sure we're still doing well. Everyone at the facility, is incredible and we couldn't recommend them more.”

Not only did I learn culinary skills, I learned and relearned interpersonal skills, updated my math skills, learned to work as part of a team. PCK changed my life for the better. Superb training, great chefs, administrators and other students that I will always be fond of. PCK gives and gives and gives. It is a gift that keeps on giving to their students and to the community. “Went to see the play "Little Women" here last night. It's very small and intimate. You walk in and it feels like a middle school. You won't be sure you are in the right place. Looks like they do pottery classes as well. The cast was fantastic. I think there were a few people here that will go on to do larger productions. If that really is the measure of success. I personally love the stripped down atmosphere. There are not huge set change outs, elaborate costumes, or big band scores. The play relies on the actors ability to evoke emotion and tell a story. This is a very different experience from larger productions and if you live in the area it's the perfect little escape. Get out for a few hours. Support your local playhouse. You can't buy an experience off Amazon. Yet....”
“This is “I-Money”; I am in the music industry for a reason. Rap, well the OLD SCHOOL rap from the ‘80s and ‘90s, was always the soundtrack to my life. Decade-wise, rap as my life soundtrack made my wonderful 2000s childhood and got me through those awful teenage years “last decade” as I dismiss the 2010s. (I was born in 1999; when I dismiss the 2010s as “last decade”, I am talking about high school from 2013-2017 as I favored middle school from 2011-2013 and life since graduating from high school in 2017 has been the best. I skip over those dreadful high school years “last decade” and fast-forward to my entry into adulthood around 2017/2018.) I started off as a rapper and ended up a WPPM DJ, doing classic hip-hop specials from my house, though I still rap part-time. A WPPM DJ first, rapper later. I started rapping in 2010, when I was in sixth grade and became a talent show rapper during my favored middle school years. FYI, I attended school at Penn Wood here in Delaware County, Pennsylvania(I’ve always lived in Darby Borough) and I was KNOWN for my rapping; while my other schoolmates from Penn Wood were obsessed with these Philly streets, music had always been the only thing that did it for me, as I rapped in the hallways and at the lunch table.”

“Nice, small museum where it seems to have diverse rotating exhibits. Visited with various natural aviary and landscape illustrations from Charles Wilson Peale and John Audubon.
Furthermore was fortunate to see their Family Fun day, participate in a few activities to collect postcards of featured artwork and a free prize, was a great event for all ages, even has a local animal illustrator, and not crowded!”

They also offer help with housing and social services. This is a great organization.”
“We are very glad that we chose this school for our 3 year old. Since he started coming here, his development has been tremendous. Its important that schools are on the same page with parents on kids upbringing and this school have exceeded my expectations. I never have to worry about my kid when I drop him home to school. I work nights and sleep in the day. I can say I sleep well knowing that my kid is in good hands. Thank God for this school!”
