“From start to finish, this place was great. All the people I dealt with were very pleasant and super helpful (Kylen, Gary, Jordan, and whoever else!). The price is perfect. The facility is large, clean, safe, and easy to access. We got a free truck rental to move our stuff in. You really couldn't ask for more. The entire process was actually easy, one less headache we had to deal with during a long moving process! I couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“We chose a storage unit to suit our needs and were very happy to find such a nice, organized, and clean facility so conveniently located near our home. The manager JP was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. We did however have a question about a promotion that could not be addressed in the office. We ultimately ended up speaking with a manager above JP that answered our question and resolved the situation, I appreciated that but I have to say I was surprised at what I was told by that manager. After he patiently waited while I told my story, in case any of our 4 messages left had not been clear, he asked if I was done? I said yes, I'm being quiet now. He said oh it's okay. I waited while you were rattling off about things... I was wishing the personable guy JP that manages the Gibsonia location would have been able to help us with our question because I don't think he would tell a customer that he was letting her "rattle off about things". I still give it 5 stars though because I am really happy about this location and the time JP took with us. I just hope I never have any reason to talk to anyone not physically at the location again.”
“I came in for the first time in years and was greeted by Jen, the manager and she remembered me from almost a decade earlier. She was extremely professional and polite. She provided various options on payment and recommendations on unit sizes and needs. She provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, she was so nice and patient by showing units on the first and second floors with a big smile.With so many national chain & big block named storage facilities to choose from, its obvious why Storage Express is the best in the Pittsburgh market (western Pennsylvania) by the type of care and service provided to the customer most likely led by their on hands Private Owner that I happened to meet as well before named Steve. He must have a mission statement of fundamental Core Values for his team and they certainly let them shine through the onboarding process.I have been to a few other of their locations over the years helping my friends move in and out from Divorces and such...lol I would imagine every location would be graded with a 5 out of 5 positive Stars if they are ran like Jens location in Etna, which is right across the river from PGH's Historic Lawrenceville neighborhood where I reside. If anyone knows Lawrenceville they would agree that our city streets are impossible to host a trailer so I was very happy find out they now have a well secured lot with a highlined fence w/ an access controlled security gate that allows me ingress & egress of the perimeter while under constant CCTV Surveillance piped back to the 50+ cameras you can see behind the main counter on their large screen video wall monitors....Thank you again Jen for your professionalism and your excellent customer service talking "Nerd Tech Video" stuff with myself... 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! THANK YOU AGAIN for parking my trailer so I get no more City of PGH Tickets! lol ???❤️”

“Great customer service and the best prices around. Adam was super helpful and worked to accommodate the unloading of our shipped storage containers into their indoor storage units. The indoor storage facility is clean and well-lit; the hallways are large enough that maneuvering mattresses and furniture was hassle-free, and the lift took most of the legwork out of getting all of our items up to the second floor. They also offer a wide range of hours for self-access to your units. Overall, a great experience!”

Very knowledgeable and friendly an asset to your company.However, I had to downsize because of the prices going up every 6 months. The company draws you in by offering incentives and then BAM, they raise the rates. Started 4 years ago at $125 a month for the large unit, now I would be paying in May $272.00. Way to go Compass you are going to price yourself right out of business !!!”

“From start to finish this site has been wonderful. Its drive in covered loading area is a must with the Pittsburg weather conditions. The staff is very helpful, return calls promptly and notify you if there are any issues, holiday changes, etc. The facility is clean, dry and no rodent activity. I would never go anywhere else.”
