Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”

“I’m happy I received a replacement power steering pump I ordered about 2 year’s ago but it was not working properly had a leak and I spoke to them about a replacement pump but they didn’t have any they told at the time but finally they take care of me by sending me another pump I’m waiting to see if everything works out…just glad to see they still a few honest people out there”

“I had some damage to bumper and my tail light, and Bruce at Rowlands was able to get me an estimate within the hour of me calling, and his estimate was less than half of what the place near me had given me. He worked with me, and saved me a ton of money, I am on a tight budget and this was a Godsend for me!
Bruce was able to get my car in the next day and had it finished the same day! Not only that, but the work was flawless and it looked perfect. He went above and beyond and I cannot highly recommend Rowlands enough. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any work, and I will be sending everyone I know his way!

I explained to them what I wanted to do and the type of material I was working with and they walked me through what I would need and not need. I was recommended by a friend so I went to them. Explained how I wanted to avoid going thru insurance and they still were able to give me a good quote the same day. I previously had tires installed there years ago, and just like the last time, the experience was great from start to finish. Joe (the owner) was friendly and communicative, and their techs took fantastic care of my car. Yes, I paid a little more than if I'd gone to a budget tire place (though not much, their prices are quite reasonable), but that's well worth it to know my car is in good hands.
