“This is a great shop! They have limited hours and since I'm not in that part of the state often, it took me months to finally get inside! It was worth the wait! The staff (or they might be volunteers) are always friendly and helpful. The items are displayed beautifully and everything is clean. “I had the most incredible experience shopping at Malena's Vintage Boutique for the first time on 8/16/22. The boutique is charming, well lit, beautifully organized, and staffed by absolutely wonderful people.The quality of customer service is second to none, as staff are extremely attentive and personable without being even a touch overbearing. As I walked around the store collecting items I wanted to try on, my items were taken to a separate rack so I could continue unencumbered. One employee was so lovely that she noticed a pattern in the clothes I was picking up and showed me other pieces I may be interested in. I was also made aware that should I struggle to find what I am looking for, staff will happily go in the back to check the undisplayed items for something I might like. One of the best things about the boutique is how fairly priced everything is. Customers with a variety of budgets are bound to find a piece or two they absolutely love. At the end of my visit, there was some confusion with the price of a stunning Italian wool cardigan I wanted to buy. The owner was beyond generous when confirming the final amount when she had every right to charge more for such a high quality piece. Suffice it to say that I am now committed to returning to Malena’s Vintage Boutique every season and I could not recommend this place more.”

First they have some really nice items, name brand and high end retail. Several of the clothes I picked up still had the original tag on it! The lady who was working there was so nice! I will say I checked out their online site and the clothes look better in person. I definitely will be stopping in more often bc I love a bargain! Check it out if you're in the area!”

“Surrey consignment shop is one of those places I’ve been going to for years. I realized I had never left a review after I had been in the other day.There are always so many cool things to look at in this place and the stock rotates a lot because things are priced to sell. Funds raised go towards the nonprofit which runs the store, Surrey Services. Surrey provides all sorts of amazing care and services to senior citizens.The store is staffed by volunteers. So those lovely older ladies you see when you go in are ALL volunteers.It’s a really nice experience to go in there even if you don’t find anything because the store is welcoming and so is the staff. And if you are a vintage and antique treasure hunter like me, it is an awesome spot to find something you might not have known you were looking for—— or a gift!Some of my favorite things that I always find there is cool, vintage jewelry, and I have found a couple of my favorite straw hats there and I love vintage purses. Also rugs and furniture. Specifically chairs. I often have chair envy when I’m in there looking for stuff. Wishing I had more room but I don’t.Anyway check it out!”

I recently dropped off some pieces and received a call from Joanne and Toni (the owner) that a pair of jeans were bought and the client found money in the pocket of the jeans. The honestly of their cliental to report finding money in the pocket and the owner/workers insisting to returning the money to me was so amazing. You are in great hands at this quaint Upscale Consignment Shop located in Malvern.”
