Got home and tried to migrate the phone to the account and hit the wall. Was on with a "live agent" or should I say agents ...& it was awful!! Came back to the store and Marcus got the job done! When we left the account was updated correctly and the new phone was ready to go! HIGHLY recommend the staff here! They are friendly, knowledgeable and so kind!!”
