“Had car in for routine service recently ,due to some confusion re my contract for paintless ding repair, that service was not performed as scheduled. I spoke to my salesman ,Bob Gillespie who sold me the car and that service in August of 2019 and he took care of the problem for me. I then received a call from the service manager who apologized for that confusion and explained what happened.. I am very happy now. My service in the past was always done correctly and reasonably priced.Update. This service department is great. I have been waiting for months for parts to come from Ford for a recall. They came in and they called me to install and sent out mobile service and did it at my home. I asked if they could do my routine oil change and they did that too. Everything was free as i had ford credits. Tech was great expliained everything. I have strarted over last year taking my non ford cars there for routine maintenance and state inspections as they do a great job and at a fair price.Services: General repairs & maintenance”
“If I could give SIX stars I would! Not only did Dave and his team do wonderful work to my car which was ripped a part by a guardrail (the guardrail is fine btw) but they were a DREAM to work with. They walked me through the process of filing a claim as well as were so patient with any questions I had. They also were incredibly kind and personable. I felt like I had a TEAM working on my car.
