I spent three months this summer (2024) working in the Hershey area and was fortunate to find a gym (CrossFit Hershey) that not only offered a challenging program but also provided the strong community aspect I was seeking. At CrossFit Hershey, I found a welcoming and supportive group of members who made me feel right at home in a new city. The coaches are spectacular and continually gave me pointers that helped me PR my lifts, improve my metcon pacing and better my warm up/warm down movements and stretching. I have been part of the CrossFit Community for the past 5 years. I was a little burnt out on CrossFit when I got to Hershey, but this gym has re-sparked my love of the sport and community that comes together around the sport.”

The head grappling instructor, Bob, teaches effective techniques and prioritizes student safety and a positive culture. He’s an old school BJJ black belt and former D-1 wrestler. The school has a nice weight room, huge mat room, a boxing ring, and lots of bags to hit. I’m a BJJ brown belt with 9 years of experience training in Southern California. I highly recommend this school.”
