“This gym has totally stepped up in light of Covid-19. Thankful for the at home training that has been available as well as equipment usage/borrowing that allows me to continue to work hard at home. If you're looking for a gym that is more than weights, treadmills, and work at it alone, you'd be happy here for sure!”

“I travel all over the country for assignments/jobs. My one item I always seek out is a great place to train. Been in Harrisburg for 8 weeks now and have tried various gyms in the area always being disappointed. Not anymore! I've been to two Platinum Fitness, Camp Hill and Harrisburg, and not disappointed at all! They were both clean and well equipped. 24hr access is a huge plus! If you're looking for a great place to catch a workout Platinum Fitness is it!”

“I had the pleasure of joing the TRIBE for a month before i moved. At first i wasn't sure about it because i am a guy but none of that mattered. The women there were all nice and welcoming. All the workouts and classes were challenging. The community aspect of TRIBE fitness is extraordinary. There were always scheduled events and group outtings. You can also use their phone app to schedule classes, socialize and view which of your friends are attending the same classes as you. I Loved my time there. Also, the facilities were very clean and well maintained.. All and all, With the variety of classes to choose from, phone APP, private gym access, and all the group perks TRIBE fitness is a must-have experience for any gym/fitness goer! Oh and last thing, TRIBE is also connected to a weight room (crunch fitness i think) which makes it the perfect gym to join for couples who like to workout and/or go to the gym at the same time together.”

“My teenage boys have been training at the Palmyra location for several months. During this time, I’ve noticed improvements in both their physical and mental strength. The trainers have been incredible role models, and offer just the right amount of motivational push! I am so grateful for the time and energy that they have invested in my boys’ overall health.”

“My kids have been playing basketball and baseball here for years. We enjoy how they are so focused on the kids instead of the winning. Keep up the awesome work! We appreciate you.”

“I want start with how nice the members are! I dropped in this gym for 21 days. Every one said hi and or introduced themselves to me. The space is well equipped and the equipment is top notch! I love how everyday we did a question of the day, this was a great ice breaker. We also learned that most crossfitters are crazy....especially the ones who wake up Monday through Friday. Justin was super nice and very helpful he was the main coach. The 5:15 am class was fun and so very welcoming. The owner was very good at responding and answering all my questions. The gym peeps cheered EVERYONE on, including new drop in me. I really enjoyed this gym. The only suggestion I have is the programming. Mayhem is decent. It's not great, it's mid, in my opinion. This gym has some super fit peeps and I wonder if anyone has asked about the programming. I have been to well over 15 different CrossFit gyms. This gym is in my top 5, and I think their programming could be a tad better. Mayhem is associated with Rich Froning, so I assume it has that flex attached to the name. Lifting was 2-3 times a week, and since for whatever reason it was ordinarily two lifts it felt rushed. Followed by fast time capped workouts. However, there was a girl there who in my opinion was a bad ass! She was always off to the side doing her own thing, she only participated in class twice. I meant to ask what programming she was following, but we were too busy gabbing about our obsession with NOBULL shirts and Fleo pants:) there were 3 days where I was not impressed with the workouts. However the vibe, and the atmosphere got me up and brought me to the gym. Plus I paid 120 for 3 weeks, they had my money already so I was definitely showing up everyday. All in all this place is great and I can see why this gym is so successful. I wish I could do 4.5 stars but five means I loved it and I will be back!”

“Great place to learn submission grappling, striking, and workout. The head grappling instructor, Bob, teaches effective techniques and prioritizes student safety and a positive culture. He’s an old school BJJ black belt and former D-1 wrestler. The school has a nice weight room, huge mat room, a boxing ring, and lots of bags to hit. I’m a BJJ brown belt with 9 years of experience training in Southern California. I highly recommend this school.”

“What really stands out about this gym is the community they have here. The people are very friendly. New York fitness has a good selection of equipment and it is very clean from the locker room to the gym itself. I do recommend bringing a good amount of water because the current water spout is not upgraded and not that much water comes out. Other than that, I highly recommend this gym.”

“After dealing with harassment by members and staff at the Harrisburg East location, I came to the Harrisburg North gym. It's a completely different environment. Friendly, welcoming staff and members. This is a safe space to work out in.”

“I started working out at this CrossFit gym two years ago to try something new, and now I attend classes four to five times a week. The coaches are great, and have helped me overcome military service related injuries by building up my core strength and improving my mobility. Its easy to forge friendships with other members, since everybody in class puts in hard work, determination and grit. Great gym and community!”
