Love that i can come in here on a weekend morning and basically have the place to myself. They have a solid selection of free weights, hammer strength plate loaded equipment, smooth cables AND a rogue rig upstairs!

This gym is honestly a little gem in our area! I’ve been to different gyms in the area and have decided to make this one my home (since November 2022). Super clean. My favorite part is the Rogue rig system that was put in on the second floor. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome gym, arm equipment I have never seen before at any other gym. Always plenty of equipment to choose from. My favorite area is probably the free weight area with barbells and dumbbells.
