“I usually purchase my new tires at Jack Williams in Palmyra. They have good prices and offer free tire rotation, which I take advantage of. Since I try to do all my car repairs myself, I do not recommend them for other repairs. I actually go to another inspection and repair place where I know the owner. And I also had an issue with them of an unneeded repair they did a number of years ago but I do not know if that mechanic still works there. But I think their tire (related) business is good.”

“Took my 03 Tahoe which was having issues, but would not code. This makes it almost impossible to diagnose. Scott worked on my truck, and it wouldn't code. He offered to keep it an extra day to try to diagnose what the problem was. Fortunately he found the problem, and had the truck fixed by the next morning. Cassel's goes the extra mile. Grwat work, friendly staff, and good prices. I will be a regular customer from now on.”

Yes, they ARE a car dealer and yes, you have to have your negotiating skills with you when buying, but there is no pressure, everything is done with a relaxed, good humor, they are willing to meet you with a reasonable sales price, give you a good price for your trade-in, and they found us the PERFECT low-mileage, LOADED, used Corsair!
