I bought a used car from a dealer who wasn't exactly honest about the extra work that needed to be done on said car. I brought it here to get it looked at and was shocked to see not only did Cisney's go the extra mile by trying to figure out what the dealership was telling me, but they recommended that no work be done on the non-issue the dealer was trying to charge me for. They could have easily said here is a small issue and charged me for it, but didn't. What shop is that honest? They are... I won't be bringing my cars anywhere else!”

Our vehicle broke down and he worked on checking for recalls on the vehicle, ran the needed diagnostics, and gave us everything we should need for the Ford dealership to do warranty work on our vehicle. “I was far from home on a Saturday when I noticed a metal object (6 inch drill bit) in my tire accompanied by a loud hissing sound. I didn't have much time until a full flat. I didn't know the local garages let alone which ones would be open at 1pm on a Saturday. A quick google search showed most of the ones nearby were closed, except for Ben's Fisher Ave. I called them and a friendly voice on the phone told me to bring it right over. I was there 10 minutes later, and they were patching my tire in no time. Just prior to me, they fixed the same problem for lady with a child. Ben's had me fully patched (safer than a plug) and back on the road quickly. This was already a busy, stressful day and they saved it from getting a lot worse. I can't comment on their more advanced services, but I did notice an ambulance there and a couple vehicles with government tags. So clearly they are trusted in the local community. “Went outside first thing in the morning and I saw that I had a flat in one of the tires. I gave Rissers a call and asked if they could fit me in. The gentleman said bring it down and we'll give you a call when it's done. I put some air in the tire, took it to Rissers and they gave me a call within hours because they were very busy. The charge for a patch job was great and the tire is holding air. I will be back for future service when it's time.”

“I was 10 minutes out of Hershey on a 4 hour trip and my low tire light came on. Pulled into Elizabethtown tire and was greeted by Robin who promptly came out and checked the air in my tires and diligently checked to see if there was any obvious puncture. Nothing was found so I decided while I was there to get an estimate for tires that would soon need to be replaced. I got a great quote and plan to go back closer to my next inspection to get the tires she quoted. An easily missed gem right outside of the Hershey limits.”

“I live in Tennessee. I drove my diesel pick up truck to PA on vacation when 2 of the injectors went bad. After a year of run around with other mechanics, I reached out to Denny and explained my situation. Within 2 hours of the phone call, my truck was picked up and taken to their shop. Not only were they able to salvage the head on her, they ended up replacing all of the injectors because of a fuel knock. The truck runs better now than it ever did, and I was extremely happy with the bill and service. Denny was in contact with me thru everything that was going on, and not being left in the dark means everything to me, especially when I live a thousand miles away. “I had a phantom electrical drain on my battery, which killed the battery overnight and prevented the car from starting. I called Bennett because I had given up troubleshooting and did not trust larger Central PA dealers. The service manager seemed genuinely concerned and spent about 15 minutes on the phone, getting the details necessary to discuss my issue with the lead technician. He called me back, gave me a diagnosis, cost estimate and probability of success. All of this without charge and before scheduling my appointment. [He could have blown some BS my way, scheduled the appointment and figured it out with the technician, on the clock at my expense. But he did not.] The service manager was as accommodating as possible with the schedule so as I could get my car back ASAP. The work was done, parts replaced, form/fit/finish are satisfactory, all at the estimated price. The drain on the battery is gone, just like he said.I would recommend Bennett.”

“I bought tires online thru Walmart and scheduled with them also to have them installed, when I went to my appointment they said they weren't able to install them for some reason that wasn't true so instead they just threw them in my car and sent me in my way!! I was super frustrated and decided to give Henise a call.... they were super nice on the phone and got me in as soon as possible!!! They installed all four in about an hour and did an amazing job, I even scheduled my state inspections with them because I just felt really good about my car being in their hands!! I appreciated there service sooooo much, this is the only place I will be going to from now on!!!! Thank you guys!”
