“Went outside first thing in the morning and I saw that I had a flat in one of the tires. I gave Rissers a call and asked if they could fit me in. The gentleman said bring it down and we'll give you a call when it's done. I put some air in the tire, took it to Rissers and they gave me a call within hours because they were very busy. The charge for a patch job was great and the tire is holding air. I will be back for future service when it's time.”

“I was 10 minutes out of Hershey on a 4 hour trip and my low tire light came on. Pulled into Elizabethtown tire and was greeted by Robin who promptly came out and checked the air in my tires and diligently checked to see if there was any obvious puncture. Nothing was found so I decided while I was there to get an estimate for tires that would soon need to be replaced. I got a great quote and plan to go back closer to my next inspection to get the tires she quoted. An easily missed gem right outside of the Hershey limits.”

They’ve even offered to give us a ride to pick up a car when shuttling the whole family around to pick up a car has been tough.Last year Vern bent a custom exhaust for my supermoto. One that allowed me to interchange exhaust pipes for on road or off road riding. My exhaust system had cut in half due to rust, so I scheduled an appointment with E-town Auto Works and upon dropping off my car and picking it up, it only took a little over an hour from start to finish. They were quick, cost efficient, and friendly. I saved a lot of money coming here for the exhaust fix. It's an A+++ place in my experience.”

“Kevin the service manager there or at least I think he is and if not he should be He helped me and my family out tremendously! From researching mechanics bulletins based on my vehicle before I even brought my vehicle there to be fixed, to the time he took prioritizing my vehicle to get back on the road was priceless. We were on way home from NJ when my Buick Enclave just stalled on toll plaza we were trying to beat the ice and snow storm developing in Columbus Ohio. He even arranged for a loaner vehicle so we could drive home we ended up staying in Elizabeth town as he assured me he would have the Buick fixed by noon the next day. He worked out the best Rate possible and got my car fixed! This is very uncommon with mechanics! If it had not been him and D L Vehicle Repair we would have been in alot of trouble. No car rentals available there due to flight cancelations because of this storm. My family is forever greatfull and in debted to them for this kind gesture to us! I'd say he probably made $1 dollar an hour between the time he spent discussing car and travel arrangements with me and repairing my buick. Thank you guys so much!!!!”
