“Formerly BB&T Walnutport, the Truist team in Walnutport PA truly treat you like a member of the family. Hometown customer service in a big branch setting makes the difference here! The staff ensure they have your best interests at heart. I am saddened by the loss of our local Palmerton branch, however, some of the same smiling faces are now at the Walnutport branch as well. I really enjoy my usual tellers, namely Sherry at the drive thru who never seems to have a bad day. She really ensures that customer service is included in with your short interaction. Wanda, Karina, Allison, Jenna & the rest of the staff truly make sure you are taken care of when any issues arise. I have nothing but positive remarks about this location! I do miss my local Palmerton branch and some of the staff there because everyone was absolutely a pleasure to bank with. I did not have the best credit but I was able to maintain a secure account with BBT/Truist for over 5 years now and would never switch again!”

“My employer drew their checks through this bank. I would always have to drive out to the bank to get them cashed and it wasn't very close to where I live at all.First off, everytime I went there, for some reason I would always get the same teller. I wish I could remember his name, but he was always the teller all the way on the right when you walk in. I didn't have an account so I would always need my ID and whatnot. I went in to cash my last check from that employer and I go to grab my ID, and it wasn't there. I had forgotten it. Since the teller remembered me and he knew that I lived pretty far from the branch he was able to talk to the manager, tell her he knows me, he sees me every time and that I just forgot my ID, and he was able to cash it for me so I wouldnt have had to make the extra trip out there. He went above and beyond to help me out, and was always super pleasant and nice every time I came in. So I just wanted to leave the review to give him a shout out! I just wish I could remember his name. I want to say Jeff/James something like that. But I'm probably way off. Either way if you have to use this bank, they are very nice, they will go out of their way to help!”

Said it would not take long and would take care of it.This is a lot different than dealing with the Bath branch that is 2 minutes from my house. No follow through or comuction from Bath branch.Thank you James.”
“Been banking with this bank for over 30 years. I never had a problem with this bank. Every teller or floor person have been pleasant. Sometimes you need to wait awhile to speak with a person in the office. But when it's your turn , they don't rush you. On occasion I've been to the wind gap, mount bethel and the stroudsburg branch. Basically treated the same.”
