“Formerly BB&T Walnutport, the Truist team in Walnutport PA truly treat you like a member of the family. Hometown customer service in a big branch setting makes the difference here! The staff ensure they have your best interests at heart. I am saddened by the loss of our local Palmerton branch, however, some of the same smiling faces are now at the Walnutport branch as well. I really enjoy my usual tellers, namely Sherry at the drive thru who never seems to have a bad day. She really ensures that customer service is included in with your short interaction. Wanda, Karina, Allison, Jenna & the rest of the staff truly make sure you are taken care of when any issues arise. I have nothing but positive remarks about this location! I do miss my local Palmerton branch and some of the staff there because everyone was absolutely a pleasure to bank with. I did not have the best credit but I was able to maintain a secure account with BBT/Truist for over 5 years now and would never switch again!”

“When we were looking to refi our current mortgage to lower the rate, Neffs National Bank was great to deal with during the process. Even though I ultimately went with our current credit union for the refi, the process and customer service would definitely bring me back for future banking services. I told the wife, if we needed another local bank I would open an account tomorrow. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I'm not a current client, but I would not hesitate to become one in the future or recommend Neffs National Bank to friends and family.”

“I have had account with JTNB for over 10 years. They are a decent local bank, but no longer my main bank. I do use their ATM frequently because it is free for my Discover checking account. And here lies the reason for a four-star review. Their ATMs are the SLOWEST ATM's I've ever used. They were supposed to be an upgrade, but the old ones were faster and more responsive.”

I was going to change banks on account of the horrible customer service I delt with at the Whitehall location! I personally go out of my way no matter where I am at to go to the Northampton location! The women are beyond pleasant, and always go to the next level to accommodate you. It is only due to this location that I am still a customer of this bank.”
