“Temple Community Pharmacy definitely has the best customer service of any current-day pharmacy. Mr. Patel was kind enough to help me with a prescription when he rightfully could have turned me away because I showed up after closing time. I don't usually show up anywhere at or after closing time and expect service, but I thought the pharmacy was open for another couple of hours (I mis-remembered the operating hours). I was ready to leave when Mr. Patel stopped me and helped me with what I needed. Granted, it only took about five minutes or so, but I doubt any other pharmacy in our area would have been so kind and understanding. This is just one instance when Mr. Patel or his staff has gone above and beyond to help me with my pharmacy needs. It is refreshing after having dealt, unhappily, with CVS for years before switching last year. We are very fortunate to have this gentleman, his pharmacy and his staff, as an option in our community.”
“This place is very visited, there is a variety of very good products, and there is a chicken that I love, they give it to you warm, delicious, you can find all kinds of fruit, good quality products.”
“Great gas prices, I literally pay for my membership on gas savings alone over the course of the year. The pump hoses are long enough that you can go on either side and they will reach. I haven't tried the car wash yet.”
“Plenty of parking. Though often very busy, the size of the place leaves lots of elbow room; it never feels crowded. The selection is massive and of high quality throughout. Products are easy to find, but if you have trouble, the staff is friendly and helpful. To make for a seamless experience, download the Sam's Club app and set up account on your phone; this allows you to skip the checkout lines by using the "Scan and Go" feature to use your phone to scan the barcodes and check out without having to stand in line. As you need to be a member anyway, this is a pretty simple setup.
In all, a wide variety of great products, well presented. Throw in the savings on gas and it's well worth the membership.”
“This location does not have a floral department on site, per say, but they do have a large selection of individual roses by half a dozen and at a very reasonable price. There is also a large selection of bouquet add-ins, such as green leafs, baby's breath and more, to make your own beautiful floral arrangement for any occasion or just because. They did have a few floral arrangements made up (3), but I thought the individual half dozen roses looked healthier so we chose to make our own. It also looked like a larger arrangement with the add in of green leaf stems and red leaf stems. For just under the cost of a half dozen arrangement, you can make it a full dozen roses and create the bouquet yourself.”

But the lady at the front desk smelled so horrible. I normally would not comment something so awful. But, I felt like i could smell her for HOURS!!!”

Employees are very nice, I never have to request another prescription to be filled, because they set up automatic refills, which saves me time and I don't have to set a reminder for myself to call and ask them for a refill to be filled. They have delivery and it's FREE!! I never have a problem getting in touch with them, because they always answer their phone and there's never hold time waiting for the pharmacists pick up the phone. Berks Discount Pharmacy is the most convenient, affordable, and wonderful staff in all of Berks County, Reading, pa.”

If I read it right the chicken pack said you pay 5.80 but as I scanned it the price was 8.00 plus. I'm sorry if I had my Weis card maybe it would have been that 5.80 but as I see it if it said you pay 5.80 it's 5.80 card or not. This is why I don't shop their most the time. It was late an I need chicken for my sick dog..”
