“Temple Community Pharmacy definitely has the best customer service of any current-day pharmacy. Mr. Patel was kind enough to help me with a prescription when he rightfully could have turned me away because I showed up after closing time. I don't usually show up anywhere at or after closing time and expect service, but I thought the pharmacy was open for another couple of hours (I mis-remembered the operating hours). I was ready to leave when Mr. Patel stopped me and helped me with what I needed. Granted, it only took about five minutes or so, but I doubt any other pharmacy in our area would have been so kind and understanding. This is just one instance when Mr. Patel or his staff has gone above and beyond to help me with my pharmacy needs. It is refreshing after having dealt, unhappily, with CVS for years before switching last year. We are very fortunate to have this gentleman, his pharmacy and his staff, as an option in our community.”
“Mom and I were back here visiting family and paying our respect at a wake and we both forgot to bring the needles needed to administer her insulin. Panic set in ... mind you this was last night. So this morning we call around and Fedeke not only provided excellent customer service but also had in stock the exact item needed to facilitate moms diabetic needs. 10's across the board!!! “Love this pharmacy! Not sure if it's family owned but the employees are so kind it sure feels like family. Convenient location right on route 10. Nice variety of OTC medications, health and beauty products, first aid supplies, and so on. They also have a nice selection of greeting cards and gifts. Last time I stopped in to fill a prescription, the man was friendly and kind. I had to update my insurance and wait for the prescription to be filled. It only took about 2 minutes! He was so nice and helpful with advice on how to best take the medication. As a frequent customer, I get text messages when my regular prescription are auto-filled. Love the convenience!”

“I had to get snacks and water for a lacrosse tournament and was blowing through very early morning- I love the flash food app, they had a great selection of veggies and fresh fruit perfect for the kids to keep them energized and very close to where we had to be. I was there early morning and they still accommodated us even though customer service isn’t open at that hour. Clean aisles easy to find stuff, overall good early morning shopping experience”

“Absolutely hands down the BEST pharmacy around!! Employees are very nice, I never have to request another prescription to be filled, because they set up automatic refills, which saves me time and I don't have to set a reminder for myself to call and ask them for a refill to be filled. They have delivery and it's FREE!! I never have a problem getting in touch with them, because they always answer their phone and there's never hold time waiting for the pharmacists pick up the phone. Berks Discount Pharmacy is the most convenient, affordable, and wonderful staff in all of Berks County, Reading, pa.”

“This is a nice new Giant with a gas station in its parking lot. The gas is usually among the cheapest in the area and you can get points towards gas with your Giant card so it ends up being a great deal. Store is organized similar to other Giants in the area with a great selection of many products.”
