Absolutely so professional and respectful with her, and the 3 visits we needed to make sure the shoes she chose were fitted properly were so worth it! He was so accommodating of the difficulties she has with ambulating!Previously my mother was barely able to walk due to the pain of deep corns on the balls of her feet. Despite every 5 week visits with podiatrists, she had pain just a few weeks after her podiatry visits. Now due to the proper shoes and custom made inserts she’s not experiencing any of the pain she’d had previously! The proper shoes and custom inserts made all the difference!Thank you Hugh! I then went to Planet Fitness and had the best walk on the treadmill I’ve ever had!! This retail outlet came highly recommended from a friend whose two sons run track. “Best tennis shop near the Philly area. All the staff there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The demo program is by far the best for their selection and value, the demo cost even goes towards the purchase of a new racquet. They really helped guide me through the demo process to help me pick the perfect racquet for me. There's also a large selection of racquets, shoes, and other equipment for tennis and pickleball. Even though I didn't get my racquet strung there, they have top of the line equipment for stringing and customizing racquets. You really can't go wrong coming here for your racquet sport needs!”

“This was the first time I hit any PXG club and I was extremely impressed. I was fit for everything other than a putter. Larry Clark was my fitter who had patience throughout the process and great knowledge for all the products to modify the clubs to my swing. He even gave me advice to improve my golf game moving forward. My only regret is not making a separate appointment to get fitted for my driver (which was completely my fault). If you're considering getting fitted at PXG, I strongly encourage you to make the appointment. There is no pressure to purchase clubs and you will still receive top notch customer service. Thanks again Larry and all the staff that made this such a great experience!”

“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“Great selections here at Columbia just wish they had more bigger sizes in store. My daughter brought me a coat last Christmas it was cut very small. I went to return it and was given store credit cause I couldn't find anything in a women's 1x. I was told I had to look online. I go online and find a few items got ready to pay and put the gift card numbers in and the PIN number came off with the sticker. I ended up loosing that order and had to go back into the store, found a pair of leggings and shirt active wear to work out in. They have very good store sales also. Glad I was able to finally use my credit after a whole year !”

“Bought plenty of Streamlight products, used their service department twice. Both times, the processing and handling times were exceptional and my equipment was shipped back very quickly. For my first request, I mentioned the item had sentimental value and the technician reached out to me personally to discuss options as the flashlight could not be returned while also giving a replacement. He could have just processed the order, but instead reached out. Very pleased with their service and reliability of the products. I always opt for Streamlight equipment as an LEO.”

“What an unbelievably awesome company this is that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction. I ordered one of these bats for my son from a retailer and although the bat was great, it ended up feeling too light for him after he got to use it in cages. I contacted Victus and they said bring it into our showroom (since we are close) and he can feel the other bats and exchange it for him. That is unbelievable customer service and really caring about us which is amazing. My son just used the new bat he reveived in exchange in the cages and was so stoked at how it felt and how great it was to swing and, even more than normal, he can't wait for the season to start.
