From fitting him in for emergency surgery at the last minute, to running labwork after hours, coordinating an emergency visit with an oncologist out of town, and much more, they have shown us incredible support and care that you won't find at many other vets. Dr. Freeby has had a few really difficult conversations regarding tough decisions with us and handled them with the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. When we were heartbroken and being given updates, you could tell how much they both cared every step of the way. When you go through really tough times with your pet, it makes all the difference to have the support and care from a skilled staff who knows what is best.
